If other people are joining the call
You may have arranged for someone else to join your Telehealth appointment – for example, another doctor, a family member or carer.
To access the appointment from their own device:
- Use the same appointment link to start a video call (just like patients do)
- When prompted, enter the patient's name and last name, along with their name and role (for example, John Smith mother Sarah)
- Once online, a receptionist will be able to join both patient and carer’s calls together before the clinician begins the consult
Let your care team know in advance if others will be joining your Telehealth call.
